The First Course is designed to deliver great food at a great price, while helping our College of Tourism and Hospitality (COTAH) students learn the workings of a day-to-day bistro. Conveniently located off the Tribune Street entrance at South Bank, The First Course offers affordable meals with friendly service in a casual and relaxed setting.
COTAH chefs and hospitality students train in outstanding, state-of-the art facilities under the careful guidance of industry experienced, professional teachers. This ensures our students receive the highest quality industry training and you receive an excellent dining experience, great service and exceptional value.
The First Course menu is updated regularly in line with the best seasonal produce. Keep your eye out for the daily lunch specials. All meals are available dine-in or takeaway.
