Master the skills of a Chef Patissier with practical training in the fine art of pastries, desserts, breads, chocolate and other baked goods. Students will learn the day-to-day operations of a modern commercial kitchen including food preparation, kitchen management, dessert and pastry production, and the health and safety requirements of running a commercial food outlet. This program is to perfect cooks and chef who are wanting to increase their skills or after completing an apprenticeship. Course details
