Flexible learning to suit my lifestyle

"I studied a Certificate III in Hospitality (Patisserie) at TAFE Queensland Brisbane and, with flexibility and encouragement from my teachers, was able to study even though I had a six-month-old baby and two other young children. Within six months of starting the Certificate III, I applied for and got my first cooking job."
