  • Individuals seeking to attend these one day workshops, preferably have some prior experience in jewellery manufacture (not always essential).

Ask to talk to the teacher for more information about the projects available or to book an interview.

If you’re under 17 years of age, special enrolment conditions may apply.

Resources required

It is recommended that students have access to a reliable internet connection to access TAFE Queensland's online learning system Connect and a computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player. This equipment and software is available for students to use at all TAFE Queensland locations.

Tools are hired from workshop.

Topics can be taught over a number of days, each day of attendance will cost $160.

You’ll be able to pay per day to learn any of these techniques in our fully-equipped workshop on any day when mainstream classes are scheduled.

Orientation

At the beginning of each semester we host orientation events across our locations so you can meet your teachers and classmates, get to know your campus, and familiarise yourself with your study schedule. We also throw in a bunch of free activities, because... why not? We like to have fun.
