The facts you need to know about public transport

Generally speaking, the best way to get around Brisbane is to use public transport. As an added bonus if you are a full-time student studying 12 hours per week for at least 12 weeks, you are eligible for the student discount.

To use the bus, train or ferry you will either need to buy tickets or use a go card, for more information on these options and for timetables please visit the Translink website or phone 13 12 30.

If you are travelling from the airport you may need to use the Airtrain. For more information on this service please visit the Airtrain website.

Riding along on my pushbike, honey

Brisbane has numerous bike paths and we promise that you will find it a scenic and lovely place to cycle around. You will also be pleased to know that most of the roads in and around the city have cyclist lanes. Please visit Bike Route Toaster to plan your ride to the campus.

Once you get to the campus you will find bike racks so you can safely store your bike while at class before cycling home.
