Deposits - Secure your place

Financial support and student loans

TAFE Queensland Brisbane offers a range of payment plans, fee for service, VET Student Loans and partial fee exemptions for concessions. We're here to help if you need it.

Concessions

If you're eligible for a concession price on a course, you can make big savings on your education and training.

Subsidised training

The Queensland government will offset the cost of study in high-demand courses for people who don't currently have a qualification.

Withdrawals, transfers and refunds

We all change our minds, so if for any reason you find the need to leave a course, find out how to do it and whether you'll receive a refund.

If you are seeking to transfer, change to another course, or withdraw from study, please:

  1. Speak with your program coordinator
  2. Download the Change of Enrolment Form (and Refund Application Form when applicable)
  3. Complete the above form(s) and submit to either your nearest Customer Service Centre or email directly to CustomerLiaisonTeam.Brisbane@tafe.qld.edu.au.

Fees already paid will be transferred to your new course, with any difference to be paid upon time of your transfer. A processing fee will apply where a refund is payable. Contact the Customer Service Centre for further information.

Please note that if you are on a Payment Plan, submission of a Change of Enrolment application form will not result in an immediate cancellation of any Direct Debits.  Cancellation of enrolment does not cancel the obligation to make all payments under the approved Payment Plan.  For further information, please refer to the terms and conditions of your Payment Plan agreement.
